All booking requests are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking will be considered confirmed only after the required payment has been received and confirmation has been communicated by Singhtravelhub.in or the applicable service provider.

2. Pricing & Charges

Travel prices may vary depending on availability, travel dates, demand, service provider pricing and other applicable conditions. The final amount may include applicable taxes, tolls, parking, service charges, convenience fees or other additional charges.

3. Cab & Transportation Services

For cab or transportation bookings, the customer is responsible for providing accurate pickup location, drop location, travel date, time and contact details. Additional charges may apply for tolls, parking, state taxes, waiting time, extra kilometres, route changes or other services where applicable.

4. Travel Details

Customers are responsible for checking the accuracy of their booking details, including passenger names, contact information, travel dates, pickup and drop locations and other relevant information before confirming the booking.

5. Payment

Any applicable advance payment, full payment or other booking amount must be paid according to the terms communicated at the time of booking. A booking may not be confirmed until the required payment has been successfully received.

6. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellation and refund eligibility will depend on the terms applicable to the specific booking and service provider. Cancellation charges, non-refundable amounts and processing fees may apply.

7. Changes to Bookings

Requests to change travel dates, routes, passenger details, pickup or drop locations, vehicle type or other booking details may be subject to availability and additional charges.

Depending on the booking, services may be fulfilled by airlines, hotels, cab operators, transport companies, tour operators or other third-party service providers. Their individual terms, conditions and operational policies may also apply.

9. Delays & Unforeseen Circumstances

Singhtravelhub.in is not responsible for delays, cancellations, route restrictions, traffic conditions, weather conditions, government restrictions, strikes, natural events or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.

10. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must provide accurate information, follow applicable travel rules and instructions, maintain required travel documents, and comply with the terms of the relevant airline, hotel, cab operator, transport provider or other service provider.
